1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of the order date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original order date.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Branded or customized boxes

Any item marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please email us at hello@tidytackroom.com with your order number and a description and photo of the problem.
We’ll do our best to make it right.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect. All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds, including any applicable shipping costs, will only be issued after the item has been received and examined.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
