Our Tidy Tack Boxes are crafted to a high standard of quality and made to elevate and withstand the demands of a sophisticated barn environment. Even with their exceptional durability, it is important to remember that they are used around horses, and every horse has its own personality. Some are gentle and respectful, while others can be curious, playful, or simply a bit more destructive.
For the best experience and to preserve the beauty and longevity of your box, we recommend hanging it out of reach, especially if your horse is known to be mouthy or inclined to investigate anything within range.
Tidy Tack Room is not responsible for damage resulting from horses interacting directly with the boxes.
Absolutely. The materials block dust, dirt, shavings, and hay from getting inside, and they’re water-resistant enough to handle the occasional splash, light rain, or hose drift in the aisle. They are however not waterproof and not intended for continuous exposure to heavy rain and storms, but luckily they are easy to move and perfect to store inside and put back out after the rain.
Not through us but every Tidy Tack Box can be customized with your barn name, horse’s name, or logo using a premium PermaSticker technology. High resolution, vibrant, permanent. Please go to ninjatransfers.com and select Perma Stickers and upload your design/name etc following their instructions. If you need assistance with sizing please send us an email.
General sizing:
Logo on top: up to 4 inches max but 3 inches recommended
Name on front: Max 1 inch

If for any reason your box isn’t the right fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected, and confirmed to be in good condition, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are unable to assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
